Name

The name is different,
so are the results!
Ok, pretty much the first thing
people ask us about is our name. It's weird. It's hard to say. Well, it's not really that mysterious. We chose it because it was
odd, short and non-descriptive - like the people we dated in college.
The name's not weird for weird sake; it makes
you want to know more, learn the whole story.
Yeah that's it... our name is a
segue to a larger story: The Hök Nik Epic.
As you know, epics often involve complex sequences of adventures as well
as an underlying philosophical understanding of human actions, choices,
fate, and the course of events.
But we realize time is money, so we truncated our epic to a 'tall tale'. But that was still too
long, so we reduced it further to a series of easily digestible bullet
points.

It refers to...wait there's the phone. Just a sec....
- Is it Inuit?
Yes, maybe...
- Is it German?
Well, umm could be...
- How Do You Say It?
If you are mildly European, you can pronounce it "Hook Nick". If you
are not, you can pronounce it "Hawk Nick". Both are approved by the
Canadian Linguistic Association.
